Prior to placing your order or preparing artwork, we will need your credit card information if you are a new customer who has not previously established credit with us. Some orders or special artwork may require prepayment or a deposit. Most credit card orders are charged when order is placed, except for shipping and tax which is charged after the order ships. In the event you are not charged until the complete order has shipped, an "authorization" will be run on your card for verification purposes prior to your order being placed.

In some cases new customers may pay by check, however we require a credit card on file to guarantee payment. Some credit card payments may be subject to a processing fee.
